Lightbulb Moments is a family-run business owned by Keith, who handles stair lighting work alongside Paul, an ESC-approved electrician with 40 years of experience and up-to-date SELECT qualifications. Behind the scenes, Lindsey ensures smooth operations as the administrator, providing exceptional support to both the team and customers.

Established in 2017, we are a small business specialising in communal and tenement stairwell lighting across Edinburgh. Our services range from one-off lamp replacements to ongoing maintenance with our Go Unlimited package, ensuring your stairwell lighting is always in good condition.

We can upgrade your old fittings to energy-efficient LED systems, including rewiring if needed, and replace outdated fuses with modern circuit breakers. Our expertise extends to fault finding and repairing short-circuit issues, as well as syncing or replacing timeclocks for optimal functionality.
