*Sign up your whole stair for unlimited tubes, starters and repairs to existing equipment from £18 per annum per flat/owner.

We will also give you an initial safety check and sync your time clock when required.

Block of 4 - 5 / £28 per flat

Block of 6 - 7 / £25 per flat

Block of 8 - 11 / £23 per flat

Block of 12 - 15 / £20 per flat

Block of 16+ / £18 per flat

The above prices are based on the stair having a working timeclock.

There will be an annual £10 fee (per contract, NOT per flat/owner) if there are parking charges in your area.

*Due to very restricted and limited parking in some parts of EH1, EH2 and EH3, some work may have to be carried out after parking restrictions end (18:30 hours) or on Sundays.

If this is the case the contract will incur an out-of-hours surcharge of £5.00 per flat per annum

 *With the contract any investigations into faults will be free of charge (usual rate of £60.00 per hour).

Any repairs required after investigations will also be free of charge if no further parts are required.

Any other repairs , that require new fittings, will be priced independently.

The above prices are on the basis of  stairwells being the standard Edinburgh Council Coughtrie light fittings with a working timeclock.
