We only use The Best British-Made Tubes (these can last around 3 years+ with a working timeclock)
Due to the cost of these tubes, prices have increased (prices below correct as of 10/02/25)
The below prices will include starters where required

Payment is to be made in full by point of contact on completion by cash or bank transfer (no cheques).
We also offer a Go Unlimited contract for Edinburgh Tenements. Sign up your whole stair for unlimited tubes, starters and repairs to existing equipment from £25 per annum per flat/owner.
Our reputation is built on trust and for reassurance, we only take payment on completion of work.

The above prices are for stair lighting tube replacement only and not for further investigations, starters, fuse/circuit breaker issues
Prices are exclusive of any parking fees where applicable (usually £1 - £3 depending on location and size of job).
*Due to very restricted and limited parking in some parts of EH1, EH2 and EH3, some work may have to be carried out after parking restrictions end (18:30 hours) or on Sundays.
If this is the case there will be an out-of-hours surcharge of £15
